Products: We offer professional-grade skincare products available for purchase online or in-store. Products are subject to availability and may vary.

2. Appointments

Booking Policy: Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service(s).

Late Arrivals: Punctuality is essential. Late arrivals will need to reschedule, and the full-service fee may apply.

3. Payments

Payments are due at the time of booking or service.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods specified on our website.

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within the expiration period (if applicable).

4. Refunds and Returns

Services: Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

Products: Exchanges are available for in-store purchases only and must be requested within 5 days of purchase for unopened products. Unfortunately, online purchases are non-refundable.
